At Tailwarden, we believe interviewing is not a one-way process, it's a matter of alignment.
We know that your time is precious, so we’ll try to take up as little of it as possible while making sure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision at the end of the process. Each step of the recruitment process is designed for you to get the chance to learn more about Tailwarden, discover your future mission, and meet your future colleagues and team members.
We will provide feedback at each step of the process and we encourage you to give us feedback as well 🎁.
Here's our interview process for most roles:
First contact 👽
A 45min phone or video call with Pola our Talent & People Lead to get you excited to join. We’ll also use this chance to talk about your experiences and to see whether both of our expectations align. You’ll also get an in depth explanation over the next steps of the recruitment process.****
Meet the founders - Mohamed ⛰️
A 1h video call with our co-founder and CTO Mohamed to talk about Tailwarden and your technical experience. This will be a behavioral questions type interview.
Meet the founders - Cyril ⛰️
A 1h video call with our co-founder and CEO Cyril to talk about Tailwarden and core-skills of the position. This will be a behavioral questions type interview.
Hands-on case (async) & technical interview 💻
A case study or short paid freelance mission together, that will never take you more than 2h. After this you’ll have a 1h-1h30 technical interview with two of your future team mates in which you will discuss your hands-on-case and dig deeper into technical aspects of your experience.
Cultural add & values interview 🫶
This is a super important step of the recruitment process, again in a behavioral interview style ! You’ll get to know our values in discussion with two other Wardens and see whether they are a good fit for you.
